Vision: By providing training to the Ansar and VDP member members, to achieve self-sufficiency and self-reliance by building well-educated and skilled manpower, and to develop self-respect by taking tailoring training. Get yourself self-absorbed by taking computer training. Financially beneficial by taking mobile phone repair training Poultry keeping cattle and feeding of fish, vegetables, planting different types of training, and improving themselves by applying knowledge of training. Ansar has been taking the training as a three-year integrated non-government organization in various organizations. The law enforcement agencies and the BGB and the army are supporting the law and order.

Mission: The main goal of Ansar and VDP is the training oriented organization. This organization provides different types of training at government cost. Presently 10 days of VDP basic training will be conducted in every village. The VDP members of each village will be brought under this training in the near future.
